The Cloverdale Kids Swap Meet is the place to be on Saturday, March 24, 2012
from 9:00 am –12:30pm. Vendors are there to sell e ...

Proposed mortgage changes 2012

March 22nd, 2012
The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions of Canada (OFSI) is Canada's banking regulator and they have proposed some pretty heafty guidelines this week. Should they come into effect it could mean a significant change in the real estate market across the country...and not necessarily a good one.

The argument truly isn't whether some or all of these need to come in to effect bu ...

Face Time - awesome!

March 21st, 2012
Every parent can appreciate where I am coming from when I tell you how excited I was to use Facetime for the 1st time with my daughter in London, England.

I know there has been Skype around for a while, but even though I have signed up for an account I had no idea how to use it.

My daughter has been in Europe for just over a week and I remembered today that we could use Facetime with my iPad ...

Redheads Rock

March 19th, 2012
Ok! as you may know, I am a proud redhead...always have been. I grew up loving my red hair...although I'm not too happy, with age it seems to be fading. :)

But I have 2 very beautiful redhead daughters and have brought them up to love their hair colour as well. I did have to endure some name calling as a child, things like "carrot top", but it never truly bothered me. As an adult I did hear a ...

This morning we had our entire office gather out front of the building for a group photo. I have to say it was great to see everyone come out to be in the group shot. Kara and I are definitely proud to be members of such a great office.

Afterwards Kevin Clark and his wife Tricia were on hand to do individual phots for those that needed an updated photo. They have done wonders for myself, my t ...

March 13th, 2012
I was happy to see the sun came out after the day started off so miserable with all that rain and wet snow.
